Each Additional Family Member: $30 Enrollment Fee + $30/Month Dues
Prepaid Annual
Couple: $1249/year paid in full at sign up
Each Additional Family Member: $349/year paid in full at sign up
* Month-to-Month memberships can be canceled at any time by submitting written notice 14 days prior to your next billing date. Monthly dues must be paid via EFT.
* Couples & Family memberships shall consist of a couple and/or dependent children under the age of 23 living under the same roof. Proof of eligibility may be required.
* Prices do not include sales tax.
